    To be married, you must obtain a marriage license from the County Recorder before the wedding ceremony. To obtain a marriage license, both applicants must appear together before the deputy clerk. The license fee of $30.00 can be paid by credit/debit card, cash or a check made payable to the Ada County Recorder. Is there a waiting period before using the license?
