Cuyahoga County sets no time limit on this — the certified copy is required however long ago the divorce was granted. The Marriage Department cannot supply divorce decrees. A certified copy must be obtained from the Domestic Relations court that granted the divorce; for a Cuyahoga County divorce, from Room 35.
