    This appointment is for the purchase of a marriage license only. Once you purchase your license you will be able to schedule a ceremony appointment. Appointments can be scheduled up to three (3) weeks in advance. Once the Marriage License application is completed, select an appointment for "Marriage License and Express Ceremony."     How can I pay? We accept: Cash / Check: Make payable to the Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk.
