Both parties must be present in the office with your current identification to obtain a marriage license. The license does not have an expiration date. The marriage license fee is: $68.50, includes one mailed certified copy of the marriage certificate. $28.50 when you provide to the court a Certificate of completion for a Qualified Premarital Education Program.
